What is the Blockforce regulatory assessment?

A free questionnaire. You answer questions about your markets, supply chain and packaging, and you get the list of EU, UK and Brazilian rules that apply to your case, with deadlines, sources and what to collect from each supplier.

Which regulations does it cover?

The PPWR (the EU packaging regulation), EPR (extended producer responsibility), the EUDR (the deforestation regulation), the CSDDD (supply chain due diligence), the ban on products made with forced labour and the digital product passport (DPP), including the ESPR rules.

How long does it take?

Between 3 and 5 minutes, in up to four steps. Your answers are saved in the browser, so you can stop and pick it up later.

Who has to comply with each rule?

It depends on the role your company plays. Some obligations fall directly on it, such as the PPWR rules for whoever places packaging on the EU market. Others come from the European importer or buyer, who is responsible for the rule and asks the supplier for the data, as with the EUDR. The results mark each rule as a direct obligation or a customer requirement.

Does the result guarantee my company is compliant?

The result is indicative and based on your answers. Compliance of the operation depends on a review by an ESG specialist, and the assessment is not legal advice.

Where do the dates and rules come from?

From official sources, such as the Official Journal of the European Union and the European Commission. Each rule shows its sources and the date it was verified.
